Do you supply furniture or only produce layout drawings?
We produce layout drawings and specifications. We do not sell furniture, but we coordinate dimensions and power requirements with your chosen suppliers so orders match the plan.
What do you need from us to start a desk planning project?
A current floor plan (CAD or PDF), headcount by team, expected hybrid attendance days, and any fixed desk requirements. If no plan exists, we can measure on-site during the initial visit.
How do you calculate fixed vs shared desk ratios?
We use your roster, badge or booking data where available, and peak-day assumptions. Teams with daily in-office requirements receive fixed anchors; occasional visitors are allocated to shared benches or hot desks.
Can you plan cable routes before electricians start work?
Yes. Cable planning is included in our zone layout and full floor packages. We mark floor box positions, grommet locations, and tray routes on the same drawing set used for desk placement.
How long does a typical layout project take?
A desk review takes one to two weeks from site visit to report. A full floor replan typically runs four to six weeks including two revision rounds and contractor coordination calls.
Do you work with existing partition and AV contractors?
We brief your existing trades directly. Our drawings are formatted for electricians, partition installers, and AV integrators — we do not require you to change contractors.
What file formats do you deliver?
PDF for review and approval, DWG on request for contractor use. Room schedules and desk numbering tables are provided as spreadsheets alongside the drawings.
Do you cover offices outside Dublin city centre?
Yes. We regularly survey in Sandyford, Citywest, Swords, and other Leinster business parks. Travel beyond Dublin city is charged per kilometre from our Pearse Street office.
