These Terms of Service govern your use of the Deskline Studio website and the workspace planning services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Deskline Studio provides workspace planning services including desk and zone layouts, meeting room design, acoustic work point planning, and cable infrastructure specifications. Deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or statements of work agreed before work begins.
Published fees on our pricing page are indicative. Fixed quotes are provided in writing and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012.
You agree to provide accurate floor plans, headcount data, and access to site premises for surveys. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect delivery dates. You are responsible for verifying that proposed layouts comply with your lease, building regulations, and fire safety requirements before implementation.
Layout drawings and specifications become your property upon full payment. Deskline Studio retains the right to use anonymised project data for internal reference. We may display completed work in our portfolio with your prior written consent.
Each service package includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions are charged at our published hourly rate of €125 per hour.
Our services produce planning documentation. We do not carry out construction, electrical installation, or furniture supply. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses including fit-out delays or costs arising from contractor interpretation of drawings.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for contractors to implement the layout.
Either party may cancel before work commences with no charge. If work has begun, fees for completed stages and reasonable costs incurred to date are payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
