What this covers

Meeting rooms that look fine on a plan often fail in daily use — tables too large for the space, cameras pointing into windows, or booking systems showing capacity that does not match seated layouts. We size and furnish rooms against actual meeting types.

Room sizing and capacity

Each room receives a table layout with chair count, clearance to walls and doors, and wheelchair positions. A room schedule lists capacity for your booking system — separate figures for in-room and hybrid meetings where camera views reduce usable seats.

Table shapes and configurations

Boardroom, modular, and stand-up configurations are tested against room proportions. We specify table dimensions compatible with your furniture range or provide generic sizes for tender.

AV and sightlines

Display mounting height, camera position, and microphone coverage are marked relative to table centre and glazing. HDMI floor boxes and wall plates are located where cables will not cross door swings.

Booking demand analysis

Where booking data is available, we compare room utilisation against headcount to recommend splitting oversized rooms or adding huddle spaces.
